HEALTHY HAMMERS Activity statement: The West Ham United Foundation is thrilled to present the Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) programme this summer! We are offering free spaces to families who are eligible, with the aim of encouraging children and young adults to be active and eat healthy over the school holidays. We are also here to support parents and guardians, both by providing time for them to work or juggle other responsibilities, and also by working closely with the local council to help families access guidance and advice. Dates: Week 1 Monday 25th – Thursday 28th July Week 2 Monday 1st – Thursday 4th August Week 3 Monday 8th – Thursday 12th August Week 4 Monday 15th – Thursday 18th August Week 5 Monday 22nd – Thursday 25th August Time: 10am-2pm Age: 7-16 year olds Please see the link below.
